What questions do you have after looking at the System Performance Framework and Measures?
Does the System Performance Framework clearly and comprehensively describe the purpose and intent of the System Performance Measures? If not, what would make the purpose and intent more clear?
Do the system performance measures reflect the primary functions of each project type (i.e. call center, HRC, housing navigation, emergency shelter, etc.)? If not, what would you add, remove, or change?
Does the organization of project types (i.e. call center, HRC, housing navigation, emergency shelter, etc.) reflect the new system design? If not, what changes could we make to align the structure of the system performance measures more explicitly with coordinated entry?
