Non-Retail (Information) Vendor Application for ROC Pride Fest 2019
ROC Pride is sponsored by the Out Alliance (formerly the Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley), a local community non-profit that envisions a future where all members of the greater Rochester LGBTQ+ communities, at all stages of their lives, are free to be fully participating citizens, celebrating their lives in which they are safe, stable, and fully respected. ROC Pride Fest would not be possible without the support and participation of the ROC Pride Community Sponsors and Vendors such as yourselves. We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience for our ROC Pride Fest 2019 guests. We are looking to satisfy a variety of interests and needs. When you submit an application, our team will review and get back to you if you have been approved.

Non-Retail, Informational Vendors are NOT allowed to sell merchandise on-site in the Vendor Village at the ROC Pride Fest on Saturday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21, 2019 at Cobb’s Hill Park.

You are required to follow all Vendor rules as published and communicated to you.

You are required to follow all New York State, County of Monroe, and City of Rochester laws and ordinances regarding permits, sales tax, insurance, and public safety.

By submitting an online application to be a ROC Pride Vendor, the Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley Inc, DBA Out Alliance, its Board, employees, and volunteers involved with ROC Pride Fest from all claims and liabilities.

By submitting an online application, the Applicant acknowledges responsibility for compliance with all Vendor rules that are posted or communicated to the applicant. “Non-Retail Vendor” means that the business or organization cannot sell merchandise or services at ROC Pride Fest.

Applications close on Friday, June 28, 2019.
A late fee of $35.00 will be added to Vendor applications submitted after Friday, June 28, 2019.

Registration payments must be received by Monday, July 8, 2019.
All fees include: 1 tables, 2 chairs, and a 10’x10’ space. A 10’x10’ tent is available for an additional fee.
Please know that registration fee includes FOUR ENTRY TICKETS per day. If you have more staff or volunteers, you will need to purchase additional tickets.

STEP TWO: Payment of the non-refundable application fee. Early bird application fee is $20. Between June 1, 2019 and June 28th, 2019, the standard non-refundable application fee is $30.
*After Friday, June 28, 2019, there is a late fee of $35, totaling $65 for a late application submission.
STEP THREE: Pay the registration fee by Monday, July 8, 2019 at the latest.
$75 for non-profits
$150 for non-retail (who are not registered as a non-profit) vendors
*There is a late fee of $25 for any registration payments after Monday, July 8, 2019.
