Summer Lacrosse (8 weeks) Practices 2x/week-practice will be held at the Orono school lacrosse fields Games in May are on the weekends Games in June are during the week.

1)Fill out coaches application online on the OYLA website(only need to fill out every 2 years)
2)Fill out Code of Conduct online on the OYLA website
3)Fill out Coaches Agreement online on the OYLA website
5)Apply for Background check online on OYLA website, NOT on usl-(only need to apply every 2 years)
6)Complete Heads Up Concussion Online Course or Equivalent-submit certificate to Margaret Kieley at firstname.lastname@example.org
7)Complete Women's or Men's Level 1 online course on US Lacrosse
8) Electronically fill out a W9
