Role Overview:

The Regional Marketing Executive (RME) is responsible for generating New Business Revenue. Working as part of a dedicated Sales Team, the Regional Marketing Executive (RME) will have his/her own prospect portfolio. He/ She will be responsible for developing a Sales Contact Plan, building Strategic Proposals and Pitching to High Net Worth Individuals (HNI)s across Delhi NCR

Job Description:
• Involved in Lead Generation, Pre-Sales Activities like Market Research, Market Segmentation, Customer Identification, Prospecting, Customer Analysis Review, and creating Sales Call Strategy
• Field Promotions & Sales: Meeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNI)s as a Daily Method of Operation across Delhi NCR
• Accountable for achieving Revenue Goals & driving Business Growth through creating an delighted base of High Engaged Clients
• Responsible for acquisition of New Client Business and and Cross-Selling covering all aspects of Sales, Business Development and Account Management
• Understand the prospective Client's business needs and a tailored Marketing and Sales Proposal
• Cold Calling to arrange meetings with potential Clients and to prospect for new business

Summer Internship Program (SIP)/ Short Term Project (STP): Stipend

• Total Stipend Per Month (Including PLI) = Rs 22,000 Per Month + Travel Allowance:
o Rs 12,000 Per Month (Fixed) + Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) of Rs 10,000 Per Month for achievement of Revenue Goals + Travel Allowance

• Total Stipend for 3 Months SIP/ STP Duration (Including PLI) = Rs 66,000 + Travel Allowance:
o Rs 36,000 (Fixed) + Performance Linked Incentive of Rs 30,000 for achievement of Revenue Goals + Travel Allowance

Pre Placement Offer:

• At the end of 3 Months Summer Internship Program/ Short Term Project; Pre Placement Offer (PPO) will be offered to High Performing MBA & BBA - Marketing Students who achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s during the SIP/ STP Period & are recommended for Selection by Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Bhasin Group with Annual Salary (CTC) of Rs 5.4 Per Annum
