Wildwood Elementary Technology Consent Form
Students who receive a device provided by the school and/or will return to Wildwood in a Hybrid/Face-to-Face learning environment are asked to complete this form prior to using a school-issued device. Pre-K and Kindergarten students will have access to Chromebook tablets and 1st-grade through 5th-grade students will have access to Chromebook laptops.
