THE GEM PROJECT FELLOW AWARD 2022
The Gem Project is committed to shaping the next generation of change agents. Through a collegiate fellowship, college students work as fellows with high school students to organize and initiate service-learning projects, through a social justice lens. Through collective research, we have found stronger engagement in education and self-efficacy by introducing programming that addresses issues of oppression, race, power and provide a cultural relevance.
