Registration Fees:

Middle School:     $250
High School:         $350
Concert Choir       $200
Solo Competition: $25

You will receive an invoice for the full amount of choir and solo entries following submission of your registration.

Please complete a separate form for each choir you wish to enter.  

Please make all checks payable to Carroll Show Choir Boosters and mail to Carroll High School , Carroll Show Choir, 3701 Carroll Road,  Fort Wayne,  IN  46818.

This competition will be run as a ”one-and-done”. There will be no finals. Your group will be competing against the other choirs in their division only. There are 5 divisions.

1. Middle School
2. Concert Choir
3. Unisex-single gender; any group size
4. Small Mixed--groups 32 and under (small mixed groups can choose to compete in the large mixed division)
5. Large Mixed
