Fulham Reach Junior Performance Summer Rowing Camp ***Provisional Bookings Now Open***
In late July and August, FRBC is running three performance summer courses suitable for junior athletes aged (15-18) who want to see a real improvement in their rowing. Sessions will be on the water with a technical focus and off the water in the gym and classroom. Classroom sessions will include daily video analysis whilst the gym sessions will focus on mobility, core exercises, ergos and other activities. The aim is to help the juniors improve and catch up on lost time so that they are in a stronger position next year to achieve their aims and reach their potential. Fully qualified and experienced coaches will provide 1:1 and mixed crew sessions making the days diverse, multi-functional and essential for those serious about their rowing.

The details of the three one week courses are:

Location - Fulham Reach Boat Club, Unit A, Distillery Wharf, Chancellors Road, Fulham, London W6 9GX
Dates - W/C 20th July, 27th July and 3rd August
Times - Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm each day
Availability - 10 places available, first come first served
Cost - 1 week course cost = £575

Our head junior coach, John Clay, will be running the courses. He has an excellent record of success, coaching crews to medals at national schools for 11 successive years as well as helping over 20 juniors achieve international vests. In order to maximise the benefits of this course, people will be grouped by ability which is one of the purposes of this form.

We will be following the latest government guidelines around coronavirus and are hoping that by the time the courses are due to start we will be in a position to be able to run the courses. As a consequence this is a registration of interest and provisional booking only.

We will not be taking any payment until we are sure the courses can run.

To provisionally book your place please complete the form and we will be back in contact over the coming days to confirm whether the course will be running or not.
