SHIP Clothing Request

Thank you for visiting and completing our Clothing Request form.

PLEASE REMEMBER - requests are only meant to be placed for Frederick County students identified as "McKinney-Vento eligible" (currently experiencing homelessness). We are not able to fulfill any requests beyond those particular students.

Please complete one form for each child you are requesting clothing for.

As it takes SHIP some time to organize requests and locate donors, please allow 5-7 business days for fulfillment of the request. The requested items will be delivered to your school location.

PLEASE NOTE - Once you submit your order, you will receive a auto-confirmation email noting an order number assigned to the request. Please make a record on your end noting the child's name and the order number associated with that child.

TYPES OF CLOTHING 
We strive to support our students experiencing homelessness with sturdy, basic clothing suitable for school wear and seasonally appropriate. We generally include 1-2 complete outfits, consisting of, but not limited to, short sleeve or long sleeve t-shirt or top, button front shirt, sweatshirt or zip front hoodie top. Pants may include jeans, leggings, sweatpants, sport/track/soccer pants, or khakis. Underwear, socks and shoes, complete the wardrobe.
