As you know, you get to tailor your scholarship opportunity to create the impact that you'd like to have. Each year, we ask our continuing donors confirm how they would like to see their scholarship application set up. This year, in hopes of streamlining our process, we've moved to an online system.

We know that forms are not always fun, but we want to be sure that we are administering your opportunity exactly how you'd like. We promise:

         1- This shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes to complete

         2- There are 8 sections total (don't get too worried when you get to a new section)
