Join Carolyn for this unique 4-day opportunity to press pause on the noise of daily life and wake up to the workings of the mind, heart and body. On retreat, we will engage in restorative & hatha yoga, seated & walking meditations, journalling & self-inquiry, and many periods of noble silence.Our time together will also include feeding the body with wholesome vegetarian meals and feeding the mind with daily lectures related to un-learning our conditioned beliefs with gentleness. Our home for the weekend will be at the oceanfront Swanwick Centre (Krishnamurti Educational Centre of Cda) near Victoria, BC. This beautiful property is just a 40 minute drive from the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal on Vancouver Island.
Schedule:Retreat begins at 4pm Friday May 31st and ends at 11am on Monday June 3rd. (Silence will be from 8pm Friday night until 9:30am on Monday morning.)
