Joy In Motion Project Interview
Please share your thoughts with us about your journey of finding JOY in motion -- from the obstacles to discovering what inspires you to move!
If we choose to move forward and film your interview, we will contact you!
Please note: one of the pillars of Joy In Motion is a foundation of self-love, which means any kind of body-shaming or weight-shaming is not welcome here. We are a body-positive, fat-positive, and compassionate movement interested in dismantling culturally-enforced shame and "shoulds" by simply helping people live authentically, move more freely, and reconnect with their bodies and with nature in ways that feel kind and loving.
The JOY In Motion Project is an intentional exploration of finding JOY in MOVING our bodies, LOVING our bodies, and connecting with NATURE. We LOVE to hear real people sharing real stories. That's where you come in! :)
Please answer the following questions. There are no right or wrong answers here and we encourage you to be honest and vulnerable (as you are willing). In our experience, this is where the magic happens! We heal ourselves and others and connect through storytelling. You're also welcome to PASS on any questions you'd prefer not to answer. Thank you in advance for your time and sharing your story!
