Belmont Public Schools has established a strategic plan that will guide district improvement over the next few years. This plan is anchored in the newly-formed mission, vision, and core values and is organized around 3 key strategic priorities.

  • Academic Excellence and Equity for All Students
  • Social-Emotional Well-Being, Belonging, and Engagement
  • Family and Community Communication to Support Student Learning

The BPS Strategic Plan 2024-2027 includes 3-year goals, benchmarks/outcomes, and annual goals.

To support this plan towards district improvement, we are forming an advisory committee that will help keep the district focused on the implementation of the plan. 

The purpose of this committee is the following:

  • Review the implementation of the plan as action steps are taken during the year
  • Provide input and analysis on any needed adjustments of goals and/or action steps 

This Committee will have four (4) meetings and may be in-person and/or virtual meetings. The meetings will take place 5:00-6:30 pm on the following dates:

November 6  

January 8  

March 5  

April 30 

Additional meeting time may be needed in between these dates, which would be arranged according to committee members' availability.
