Sign-ups for this Field Trip is a first come, first serve enrollment selection. This form will track submissions. Sign-ups will close on October 21 at 12:00 p.m. due to Fall break and needing to schedule a bus.  

We will Meet at 9:45 a.m. at Majestic Elementary and the bus will leave at 10:00 a.m. We will be back at the school by 1:45 p.m. Do not drop off in the student loop, instead park and bring the students to our drop off location. Each student will need to bring their own lunch and a back to carry it around with them.

By completing this form you commit to attend Peak Time. Preferred activities will be considered in placement, but not completely accommodated.
I am in need of 16 chaperones.  Chaperones will be picked on a first come/first serve basis and will have completed the district process by October 10.  If you are interested please write your name below and your phone number.
