Includes:

4 nights double occupancy lodging
1 or more group dinners (TBD)

Condo needs will be determined about a month prior to each trip date based on paid reservations. Depending on the actual price of the lodging and group dinner costs, you may get some rebate $$ after the trip.

Parking at condos is limited so we do our best to share rides. You'll receive a roster of fellow participants to help organize carpools. Please use "other" space to indicate who you are driving/riding with & what city/area you are coming from.

Group Dinners *

We make at least one group dinner in the condos and split the cost. Additional group dinners are a possibility if we have enough volunteer cooks. Are you willing to take the lead or assist with prep for a meal? It is customary for those who do not cook to help with clean-up duties. Breakfasts, lunches and beverages are not provided.

Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND if you are unable to make the trip, unless you can be replaced by another member of appropriate gender from a wait list, if any. All non-recoverable costs will be forfeited if no replacement is found. Membership dues are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended. If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or experience any medical symptoms (even slight) associated with COVID-19 you are expected to self-report to the Mammoth trip coordinator and not participate in the trip (even if signed up and paid).
