Black Belt Codependent Interview Series
I was perusing the internet and came across an article using the phrase “black belt codependent”. It made me laugh but more than that, I realized I could consider myself one. I kind of like the phrase. I also found another article, "What Does a Black Belt Really Mean", and found this little tid-bit:

“The tree has reached maturity and overcome the darkness. It must now plant seeds for the future.”

Now I really like this! It’s exactly how I feel about recovery. I have matured and overcome so much and now I want to give back, encourage and support others who are struggling with codependency.

If you are here, then you must want to do the same and I applaud you for it!! By sharing our own stories, we can encourage others who are traveling this journey that is sometimes difficult and lonely.

**If possible, please try to provide as much detail/specifics as you can. This helps our readers connect and relate to specific situations and circumstances of codependency.**

Thank you!
