Active Together Festival - Participant Registration Form
The Southwark Inclusive Sport and Physical Activity Network (SISPAN) are hosting an inclusive sports and physical activity event this 2023 called the 'Active Together Festival'. 

This event is for D/ deaf and/ or disabled and/ or neurodivergent people in Southwark or those who live nearby to attend with their families and friends to try a range of different sports and activities taking place across the borough.

This year, activities include football, fencing, boxing, Tai Chi, yoga, seated volleyball, fitness and cricket. 

There will be scheduled sessions you can book in advance as well as opportunities to drop in to activities on the day. 

Places will be limited due to capacity.

Where: LSBU Sports Centre, 116 London Road, SE1 6LN
Age: children and young people 6 - 16 years old and young people and adults from 17+
Cost: free
Registration: you must be registered to attend using this form 

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email and further information about the event.

Places will be capped when we get to a certain number of participants. 

Please note that we ask for parents/ carers and guardians to stay throughout the event.
