Registration for Workshop on "Community-driven practices for analysing, coding, and sharing" & COSIMA Hackathon v4.0
We are looking forward to seeing you in Canberra for the Workshop on "Community-driven practices for analysing, coding, and sharing" COSIMA Hackathon v4.0.

This is an all-day event at ANU on Monday July 1st, 10am-5pm, followed by the annual COSIMA dinner.

It will be held at Level 5 in the Marie Reay Teaching Centre, and catering will be provided.

There is no cost for attending the Workshop-Hackathon nor COSIMA dinner (drinks at own expense 🤑 🍹).

This year we will include tutorials aimed at new COSIMA users as well as more advanced content. There will also be plenty of time to work on an issue of your choice either as an individual or part of a team.

The Workshop-Hackathon is an in-person event, open to anyone who currently uses, or has an interest in using, COSIMA model output. Do not let the word "Hackathon" fool you, you do not need to be a programming expert, you can join us if you can write some code and are interested in contributing.

We will do our best to tailor the Workshop-Hackathon day according to your needs. But to do that, we need some input from you! Some of the questions in this registration for enable us to get the input we require.

If you have any questions about the Workshop-Hackathon Day, please post your question at

[Also, please note that there is a separate registration form for the Ocean Modelling and Observations Workshop on 2nd-4th July. This registration form is only for the COSIMA Workshop-Hackathon on Monday 1st July.]
