Scholarship Request Form
Heights Lacrosse desires that all students have an opportunity to participate in teams and events. Scholarships are for families in need who cannot afford or participate in an event or play on a team without financial support. 

A student may receive one scholarship per year. Scholarships range from discounted fees to full event or season coverage depending on the number of requests received.

Please fill out this form if you are in need of a scholarship. If approved, you will receive an email with your scholarship amount and a discount code.
