Thank you for your interest in working with Beyond the Pines (BtP), the student-run public relations agency at Whitworth University. BtP is dedicated to working with nonprofit organizations to help them further their message and reach relevant audiences.

For design requests:
Our in-house design team also works with Whitworth organizations, such as student groups or academic departments, to create effective and eye-catching flyers, posters and other publicity materials. Our work meets university regulations for on-campus posting and will be delivered to you in print-ready form. If you're looking for design support, please visit:

This intake form helps us get a better sense of you and your needs. We assess new clients at the beginning of the fall and spring terms, and take design projects throughout both semesters. If we have the staffing to meet your needs, you will be contacted by an account manager, who will set up a meeting to learn more about you and your project. If you are a Whitworth organization or individual seeking to update a pre-existing design project with new text -- but making no design/visual changes -- you may continue to submit your request to University Communications. For example, if you simply want to update a poster with new dates or times or place a new description in an existing brochure while keeping the size and visuals the same, you should contact University Communications for those edits.
