What does Load In / Load Out Involve?Short Answer: Everything!Long Answer: There are many ways you can help. We have developed three different Crews to help make this Load In/Load Out as organized as it can be! Check out the Crew descriptions below to see what would be the best fit for you:
Gear Crew - It takes a lot of music equipment to make LRCB happen. We need a crew of people to help move all of our gear out of our storage space and into Spontaneous Celebrations. The gear crew will work on moving, sorting and testing instruments and equipment, setting up the stage, gear bar, instrument instruction rooms and band practice spaces. For load out, we do it all in reverse!
Prep Crew - There are a lot of little pieces that go into making the LRCB experience happen. The prep crew will help transform Spontaneous Celebrations into LRCB HQ! The Prep Crew will work on decorating the building from top to bottom, arranging goodie bags for the participants, organizing lanyards, setting up merchandise stations, doing inventory, and other tasks to get us ready for the LRCB Sessions! For load out, we do it all in reverse!
