Hailey's Angels - Fundraising Auction Donation Form

Hailey, born September 2014, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma Cancer October of last year when she was admitted into the hospital and they found a tumor pressing against her intestines, bladder, and kidneys.

They removed the tumor right away and it was sent down for testing. Test results came back that it was cancerous.

After her surgery, they ran more tests and they had great news. She was cancer free! No cancer cells remained!

At her 3 month checkup, another mass was found in the same spot as the first one. They stated she was low risk, at stage 1, but they took her in for surgery right away to remove the mass, then started her on a low dose of chemo.

At her next 3 month checkup, 4 new masses were found. She now has stage 3 Neuroblastoma Cancer. In under a year, she went from stage 1 low risk, to stage 3 high risk.

The doctors have bumped up her chemo treatment and are watching the masses. If the masses are still there by her last chemo treatment, they will take her in for another surgery to remove them.

A few weeks ago, she had her stem cells harvested.

She has about 2 to 3 more chemo treatments, the last being the most intense.

After chemo she will have her stem cell transplant in which she will have to stay in the hospital for 6 to 8 weeks. Because she has to be in the hospital so long, her mother has to go on a family medical leave of absence without pay. The hospital doesnt offer food for Hailey's mother since she isnt a patient, so unless she has a cool nurse who will try to get her free food, she will have to pay 6 dollars per tray (18 dollars per day) and thats difficult to do when your not getting a paycheck.

After the transplant she will also be going through radiation as well as antibodies treatment.

Our hope is to raise enough money to get them through the next few months. They have enough struggles and worry with this on-going battle, they shouldn't have to worry about money.

Auction items will go up on Sept. 26th and will be open for bidding and close Oct. 1st.
