Google Forms requires you be signed in when you upload files via its service, which the Lab understands not everyone would like to create or sign into. Instead, Hyla operates a file dropbox hosted by WeTransfer. Although you need to verify your email with WeTransfer to send files, an account is not required to use this service.
Files are stored temporarily, for a maximum of four weeks, until they "expire" and are deleted from WeTransfer's servers. Rest assured, your files will be downloaded before they expire, as long as you clearly mark on your transfer message that you did this form.
Your files will then be stored on a shared Google Drive folder between Zepht and Hyla, until your heptopod has been finalised and
posted on our gallery. After this, your files will be deleted from this shared folder.
