Guest Guidelines
1. $100 non-refundable* deposit is due at the time of booking. (*Non-refundable unless canceled a month before party date.)
2. Package balance is due one week prior to the party. Additional per charges may be settled the day of the party.
3. Each Party includes 1.5 hours of supervised activity, and 30 minutes for food, fun and gift giving.
4. You may bring your own celebration cake or cupcakes
5. Parties will have a party host that will stay with each group of 10 and will supervise during rotations.
6. The release form portion of the invitation must be turned in for each child on the day of the party. Any child without a signed release form will not be allowed to participate. All participants must be potty trained.
7. Unless a pre-arranged coach has been booked, no one under the age of 3 years is allowed on the gymnastics floor or equipment.
8. If there are children under the age of 3 the ratio is 5 to 1.
9. Parents and non-participants are welcome to watch from the party area, but are NOT allowed on the gymnastics floor, unless specifically requested by the AGA Party Director.
10. Children are not to be left unattended in the AGA facility.
11. Guardian/host supplies all food, drinks, paper goods and decorations.
12. No food, gum, or drinks are allowed on the gymnastics floor.
13. Alcohol is not allowed in the AGA facility.
14. Special parties may be scheduled, prices may vary.
