CECS Community Event Attendance Request Form
This form serves as a formal request for a representative of the County Executive's Office to attend your upcoming event. Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. All requests are subject to review and scheduling constraints. It is recommended that requests be submitted a minimum of 21 days or three weeks prior to the scheduled event. While every effort will be made to accommodate late submissions, scheduling becomes increasingly challenging.

Please note that our office prioritizes outreach to communities that have demonstrated high need such as Community and Title 1 schools and communities with socio-economic challenges.
