Warranty Registration for COZY N SAFE - General Products 
  • To register for your extended warranty for your COZY N SAFE products service program, the form below must be completed within 30 days of purchase or receipt. 
  • The company (COZY N SAFE LIMITED) will provide products with free inspection, repair and maintenance for the 2 years for car seats (from the date of receipt) / 3 years for Mercedes Benz/AMG products .
  • Please note that this warranty is limited to general products imported by our authorized agent, products imported from other companies and channels are not covered by our company’s warranty.
  • The warranty will not cover any damages due to negligence or improper handling.
  • This warranty will become null and void if information is inaccurate.
  • Please bring along with receipt for after sale service.
  • Warranty is not transferrable, effective with first-hand owner only.
