No parking or booth set-up shall be permitted before 12:00 noon on Friday before event.

Booth space is approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft.
•
Unloading/loading parking from US-23 or M-72 is courtesy of MDOT and the Alcona
County Road Commission. Friday: noon-9pm. Saturday: 7-9am Sunday: 4-7pm
•
No generators are allowed on site.
•
The Harrisville Arts Council reserves the right to assign spaces.
•
Only original work will be accepted. Items displayed in the booth shall be the
exhibitor’s own hand-crafted work. If you are a past vendor, you do not need to re-submit photos.
•
NO “buy-sell” items will be permitted. You will be asked to remove them.
•
Security will be on site overnight on Friday and Saturday of the show. The Harrisville Arts council is not responsible for loss or damage of property or goods over the course of the weekend.
•
This show is outdoors. Please plan for possible weather changes.
•
No smoking on the grounds.
•
Please we request no pets.
•
State sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.
•

Before setting up your booth you MUST STOP at the Harrisville Arts Council Registration booth, located in front of the Courthouse. Pick up your registration envelope containing your booth number card and Hospitality information.
Your booth number card MUST be prominently displayed on your booth at all times. We request that you wear your exhibitor name tag. Members of the Arts Council will be making spot checks to see if you have any questions and comply with regulations.
