Date:  August 31st & September 1st , 2025          
Hours: Sat.-9 am-5 pm; Sun.-9 am-4 pm  
*Location:  Corners of M-72 and US 23-Harrisville
*Registration Fee:  $150 per lot/booth before May 1st. $175 each lot/booth after EARLY registration deadline of May 1st.

New applications do not need to send copy of this application with your payment as it is electronically filed. We do ask that you refer or note on your payment method what booth you are paying for.
Check or money order (Select witch) -  $150 per booth space prior to May 1st and $175 per booth space for applications postmarked May 2nd and after. *

How to Apply:
To apply for spaces, complete and submit attached application with all fees paid in full.  Applications will not be considered without payment in full.  Exhibitors must submit three photos for consideration:  one of your booth set-ups, one of your works in progress and one of the finished products.  Harmony Art and Craft Festival is a juried art show.
Confirmation:
Confirmations will be sent out beginning August 1st and continue as applications are received.
Show Policy:
No parking or booth set-up shall be permitted before 12:00 noon on Friday before event.
Booth space is approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft.
Unloading/loading parking from US-23 or M-72 is courtesy of MDOT and the Alcona  
County Road Commission.  Friday:  noon-9pm.  Saturday:  7-9am  Sunday:  4-7pm
No generators are allowed on site.
The Harrisville Arts Council reserves the right to assign spaces.
Only original work will be accepted. Items displayed in the booth shall be the  
exhibitor’s own hand-crafted work.  If you are a past vendor, you do not need to re-submit photos.
NO “buy-sell” items will be permitted.  You will be asked to remove them.
Security will be on site overnight on Friday and Saturday of the show.  The Harrisville Arts council is not responsible for loss or damage of property or goods over the course of the weekend.
This show is outdoors.  Please plan for possible weather changes.
No smoking on the grounds.
Please we request no pets.
State sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.
APPLICATIONS PROCESSED BY April 31, 2025 WILL BE INCLUDED ON PRINTED MAP
Before setting up your booth you MUST STOP at the Harrisville Arts Council Registration booth, located in front of the Courthouse.  Pick up your registration envelope containing your booth number card and Hospitality information.  

Your booth number card MUST be prominently displayed on your booth at all times.  We request that you wear your exhibitor name tag.  Members of the Arts Council will be making spot checks to see if you have any questions and comply with regulations.

I/we agree to assume all risk associated with participating in the arts and craft Festival, including but not limited to falls, the effects of weather and other loss, cost or damage.   Having read this release in consideration of the acceptance of my entry fee, I agree to waive, release and hold harmless, Harrisville Arts Council and any other sponsors, all other workers and volunteers and all the agents, servants, employees, workmen and factors from the participation in this event.  I have read the show policies and I agree to the waiver information above.
