Hi, I'm Ruairi Moynihan! I'm an elite marathoner (2:21 PR), ultra runner, and member of the Aravaipa Racing Team. Since completing my collegiate running career at St. John's University (MN), I've been coaching since 2013 where I was the head xc/track for five seasons at Desert Edge High School school Goodyear, Arizona

I now live and train in Flagstaff, AZ. I've hosted in-person running camps, lead weekly group track workouts,  and created countless training plans (1500 meters up to 200+ mile races) for athletes since 2019.
