2017 Ashland Farmers Market Artisan Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in the Ashland Farmers Market! We welcome applications from any Artisan Vendor whose products and practices are consistent with the AFM mission, the AFM General Rules of Operation and Artisan Rules. Please follow the directions below in submitting your application package.

Applications should be received no later than February 21, 2017. We will notify applicants of acceptance no later than March 1, 2017.

To apply to become an Artisan Vendor, please do the following:

❑ Review the AFM General Rules of Operation

❑ Review the AFM Artisan Rules

❑ Complete the AFM Artisan Vendor Application (this document)

❑ Include photographs and/or or a link to your website, Etsy site, Facebook page, etc. so that we can view your work & learn more about you as an artist.

❑ Be prepared to mail your payment within 10 business days of acceptance
* The fee is $20 per market day. Once you receive notice of acceptance, please mail check payable to the Ashland Farmers Market to: AFM c/o Kelly Vaast, 79 Prospect St, Ashland, MA 01721.
