Please use this form for ONE INDIVIDUAL ONLY.

We need to know the Pre-ordered Meal requirements for EACH INDIVIDUAL person.

If you are responsible for updating us on more than one person, ie you are a Dad updating us on your YOUTHs or a mate updating us for your mate(s), then you will need to complete a form FOR EACH ONE OF YOU.  

Sorry about that, it's just the way it is - it might be a little extra effort for you, it will safe us loads of cutting and pasting.

Pre-ording for this year's Souvenirs has now closed.

Pre-ordering Food
One of the many improvements we hope to be making this year is pre-ordering food wherever we can to help YOU get your nosh sooner and also help the caterers so they aren't swamped by an influx of hungry blokes.

So, please read the following and make your selection FOR EACH PERSON INDIVIDUALLY.

Friday Night pizza
To help the hassled Stroud Brewery Pizza Chefs we are going to pre-order your main selection so we can have more or less the right number of the right sort of pizza at the right time.  

Pizza will be served in 2 slots and your FULL Weekend ticket covers ONE whole pizza per person (they are a reasonable size) so effectively you will get one half to begin with and a second half later.

If you want any more then you are free to order more but this will be from your own pocket money!

Also please note you will (most likely) be getting a Pie for Saturday breakfast as part of the deal, which can't be bad!

Gluten-Free Pizza base? *
We know that many of our number are what is known as "Gluten-free Zones" but that is nothing to be ashamed of (as some of the organizers are Gf too) but we realize it can rather spoil the fun of having a pizza so if you select YES for this option we can organize Wheat Gluten-free pizza bases.  We've had them before and they are great.  However, they will go in the same pizza oven so if you are hyper alergic email us on blokefest@gmail.com to let us know and we can sort some alternative.

Saturday Morning Pie
On the recent "Wold Tour" that The Magnificent AK47 undertook they were introduced to the taste sensation that is Paul's Pies (http://www.paulspoultry.co.uk).  On that day the lads had some for mid morning sustenance but we are considering offering them for Saturday Breakfast for FULL WEEKEND tickets just to help you get over the night spent camping.

If you are one of those ticket types then please select a preference.

Saturday Breakfast Pie *
This is still a "possibility", dependent on interest levels.  Also we are working on a means of heating the pies otherwise they are likely to be cold so bear that in mind.
Sunday Late Father's Day Lunch
To help the hassled Chefs at The Daneway Inn we are going to pre-order your main selection so we can have more or less the right number of the right sort of meal at the right time.  

We have restricted the menu options to make it quick and easy for all.  If you want to go off piste and order something else then by all means, but you will on your own and at the back of the queue!

We will even collect the cost of the meal from you at registration so you don't have to worry about paying as you will probably have run out of pocket money by then in any case!  To keep it as simple as possible we will charge you £10 and get some extra chips to make up the difference (mostly only 5p).

If any other family members are turning up to meet you then just get them to ring ahead and sort out their own order.  Tell them we sent you.  The number is 01285 760297.  There, we've practically done if for you all!
