The organizers of the conference will provide approx. 4’ table space, 1 chair, tablecloth, and a printed organization sign. Conference runs from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm and guests start arriving at 12:00 noon. Two refreshment breaks of approximately 30 minutes are scheduled during the event . At the conclusion, activity at the foyer area is expected to last till approximately 6:30 pm when dinner is served.
This is a non-profit event. The $50.00 charge for table space from non-partners is to cover the administrative and rental costs.
