Please fill out this form completely. The Department of Music office needs all information to create recital programs. You will receive an initial recital program draft for your review from musicadmin@drake.edu within a few days of your submission.
A few reminders:
- If you have recital program notes/translations (required of performance majors unless noted otherwise by applied lesson instructor), please send them in a printable Microsoft Word document to musicadmin@drake.edu.
- FOR VOICE RECITALS: Please indicate which pieces will be performed as sets in the last prompt of this form. Please also indicate which pieces will be performed as sets at the very bottom of this form ("Additional Comments" section).
- If you are an ensemble, please send the list of your ensemble members (including voice parts/instruments) in a printable Microsoft Word document to musicadmin@drake.edu.
- Student recital hearings must be scheduled at least three weeks before the scheduled recital. Please bring a copy of the approved recital hearing form to the FAC 266 or send a PDF copy to musicadmin@drake.edu.
