Apple Harvest 2018 Non-Profit Application
The Downtown Ithaca Alliance is pleased to announce the 36th Annual Apple Harvest Festival Presented by Tompkins Trust Company. Attracting an audience of over 35,000 people, the festival will be held on:

September 28 (Friday, 12 - 6pm)
September 29 (Saturday, 10am - 6pm)
September 30 (Sunday, 10am - 6pm)

The Downtown Ithaca Alliance encourages non-profit organizations to set up information tables at Apple Harvest Festival. We invite non-profits to participate in Apple Harvest Festival by offering the opportunity to utilize a six foot table space during the festival. This space is intended to provide an opportunity to spread awareness for your organization and build community relationships. It is not a space for you to sell products to festival participants. If you would like to sell products, please contact us to request the appropriate application. We encourage all non-profit organizations to provide a game or demonstration that allows the crowd to better engage with your table and your organization.

CHARGES AND TABLE RENTAL
A $35 booth fee applies to all non-profits applying for a six foot table space. If you would like to rent a table and two chairs, the rental cost is $10 per day (Limited Supply). Otherwise, please bring your own with you.

Please mail in a check for the amount due:
$35 booth fee
$10/day table and chair rental ($20 for two days, $30 for all three days)

QUESTIONS/ NOTICE
The deadline for entries is Friday, August 17th, 2018. Acceptance emails will be sent by the first week of September. Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list in the order in which they are received.
We will only cash your check if your application is accepted. Application fees will be shredded if your application is not accepted unless you send a money order (which will be mailed back).

As an exhibitor, I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of this event. I understand that I cannot sell items at the Apple Harvest Festival. That, in consideration of my being accepted, I intend to be legally bound; that I do hereby, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or hereafter accrue to me against the City of Ithaca and the Ithaca Downtown Business Improvement District, Inc. DBA Downtown Ithaca Alliance, and employees, members, and Board of Directors for any and all damages, losses and injuries sustained to me and/or workers at the Apple Harvest festival. I hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the aforementioned entities from any claim or cause of action for property damage, personal injury and/or wrongful death. I attest that I am physically fit and responsible for my own actions.
