Official Rules: Molson Coors X DNVR Nuggets and Avs Giveaway

To be eligible: 1) Must be a U.S. resident and physically located in the USA; 2) Must be 21+ years of age or older; and 3) Must not be an employee, agent, or representative, or reside in the same household as any of these people, of either Sponsor. Offer is void where prohibited by law. 

To enter: 1) Visit https://forms.gle/1zbkjNYjFUeUeLb99, 2) Enter information in the form, including name, address, phone number, email, and age, 3) By agreeing to terms contestant is opt-ing in to receive communications from Molson Coors and DNVR, 4) Submit entry. Limit one (1) entry per participant. Participant is not the winner at time of entry. Additional entries do not increase your chances of winning. The Giveaway offer is valid between 3/2/2024 at 3:30:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) and 3/2/2024 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (MT) (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries must be received by 3/2/2024 at 11:00:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) to be valid.  DNVR is not liable for computer or program malfunctions. Mail-in entries are not valid. 

To win: The potential winner will be determined on a random-draw basis. The potential winner will be announced by 3/2/2024 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (MT) via email and on DNVR’s Twitter page. To claim the prize, the potential winner must contact DNVR at info@thednvr.com. The potential winner will have until 3/4/2024 at 2:00:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) to claim the Prize. Should the first-drawn potential winner not accept the Prize by the deadline, that potential winner will forfeit the Prize and a new potential winner will be randomly drawn. This process will continue until a potential winner claims the Prize.

What you win: The Prize includes 1) one (1) Molson Coors LED sign, at an estimated retail value of $199. The estimated odds of receiving the Prize: 1 (number of prizes) out of 1,000 prize notices distributed. The Prize is awarded “as is” and without any warranties or guarantees. The Prize may not be transferred, assigned, or substituted.

Miscellaneous: All giveaways are subject to the DNVR’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting the prize, participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the giveaway. Giveaway and prize are subject to federal and Colorado regulations. Participant is responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. The Sponsors reserve the right to exclude certain participants from the Giveaway, as well as the right to withhold the Prize if there is reason to suspect that their actions are fraudulent or, at the Sponsors’ sole discretion, it is determined that their actions are in violation of either Sponsors’ Terms of Use. Any participant who is found to be ineligible to participate in the Giveaway immediately forfeits any prize which may or would have been awarded. The Sponsors have the exclusive power to interpret the rules, and the Sponsors’ decisions regarding any and all matters related to the Giveaway, are final and binding. The Sponsors reserve the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel the Giveaway upon notice to and approval from an applicable state regulator located in Colorado. By submitting an entry into the Giveaway, Participant agrees to indemnify the Sponsors, their employees, agents, and representatives for any claim arising out of the Giveaway and for any claim arising out of use of the Prize. 

Participant acknowledges and agrees that Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and any other social networking sites used to promote the Giveaway as well as their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and other associated entities (collectively, the “Social Media Group”) are not sponsors of the Giveaway nor do they endorse or administer the Giveaway, nor are they in any way associated with the Giveaway. Participant understands that they are providing their information to the Sponsor, not the Social Media Group. All questions regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor. Participant also agrees that as a condition of participating in the Giveaway, Participant shall release the Social Media Group from any and all liability arising out of or relating to their entry, creation of any entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
