What is your lottery number? *
Your lottery number is a string of 32 numbers and characters that looks like: '6faef231-ae43-4b60-b99d-ba4f95811c53'. It is used to assign students to schools.
You can find your lottery number in your student's MySchools profile: click "Edit Profile" and scroll down to the "Application Random Number". Please enter the number or the first 2-3 characters (e.g., "6fa") here.
What is your student's group for screened admissions?
This year the DOE grouped students into 5 groups for screened schools. Within a group ties are broken by lottery numbers. You can see a detailed explanation of how groups are determined here: https://www.schools.nyc.gov/enrollment/enroll-grade-by-grade/high-school/screened-admissions. You can find your group information on your student's MySchools profile or on your offer letter.

What school did your student receive an offer to? (in the main High School Application Process, not a Specialized HS or La Guardia offer): *
Select a school from the drop-down menu. Schools are sorted by their "District Borough Number" code: the first two digits of the code is the district where the school is located.
Some schools have more than one program, make sure to select the correct one.
(Tip: You can find a school faster, without scrolling, by searching (ctrl-F or Cmd-F) for its DBN code)
What is your student's "Score" at the school where you student matched (only applies to some screened and audition schools  - leave blank if not applicable)
You can find the score at the bottom of your High School Admission letter (available in the the "Your Documents" section of MySchools). At the end of the letter, there is a section called "SCREENED AND AUDITION PROGRAM RESULTS". For each school on your list, if applicable, the score or Group is listed. Please enter the score information here. (You can ignore the Group information as it is already recorded above). If you do not have this information, leave blank.
