If your device is still working; you can also obtain the IMEI by dialing *#06# or get further descriptive information from your Settings where you can navigate and search for About Device. If you cannot obtain information about your device please stop in to have the device looked over by a technician for a free quote.

Alternative ways to submit a descriptive model number is to look at the back bottom of the device for the Model number.
