LANDSCAPING
We are serviced by LEI Landscaping. We are currently in the "Summer" schedule in which the landscapers will service the community weekly or reschedule due to weather. Their general responsibilities include mowing all common areas, edging, trimming shrubs and removing any general landscaping debris. Large debris may have to be taken care of by a special work order and/or done by a tree trimming company.

PORTER
Our porter services are provided by JD Going Green. Their general responsibilities are to service the property a minimum of 3 days a week. They are to remove debris and litter from common areas as well as correct any minor abnormalities that can easily be corrected. Additionally, they will be assigned work orders for small projects if necessary (ie: replace a picket, secure a downspout, secure a wire, etc.). They are instructed to not take any assignments or orders from homeowners and tenants without prior approval from management if necessary.
