University of the Punjab has initiated a COMPLAINT PORTAL FOR PU STUDENTS to address any difficulty if they face while taking online classes(i.e connectivity issues, issues in Assignments submission, uploading/downloading lecture recordings or other concerns).In case if any student faces any difficulty can report on complaint portal, complaint would be addressed on urgent basis. Its purpose is to improve the Quality of Online Education for students benefit.
