The Utah Science Teaching Association (UtSTA) and the San Juan County Clean Energy Foundation are pleased to partner in providing scholarships for up to 20 educators to attend the UtSTA Fall Conference on October 23 at the Davis Conference Center.

This opportunity is available to educators who live and/or teach in San Juan County. Included is the 2026 UtSTA fall conference registration and a 3 year membership. In addition, each selected participant may receive up to $300 in reimbursement to help cover conference-related expenses, including:

Mileage and travel expenses
Substitute teacher costs
Lodging & per diem

Please note that receipts will be required for reimbursement.

We encourage all eligible educators to apply and take advantage of this opportunity to connect with fellow science educators, explore innovative teaching practices, and engage in high-quality professional learning.

Applications are due by September 15. Notification by September 20th.
