As it goes you hereby consent to have the art made used as advertisement for future commissions. My art is my Intellectual Property as are my designs. You may use neither for commercial purposes. (Making and selling stuff with my art/design featured)
You agree that tricking or otherwise manipulating me into drawing art that is hateful to marginalized groups or has any themes of fetishizing the lack of consent(pedophilic (cub, babyfur, loli, shota)non con zoo) or for any other occurrences i deem "harmful or malicious" then i have a right to revoke the character(if it is a design) or cancel the commission with out any compensation. If art is made of my designs in this manner then i also have the right to revoke the character with out compensation.

By proceeding you acknowledge that the completion time of the art can be anywhere between 2 weeks and six months depending on complexity and queue. You also agree to not order a refund for personal reason but realize that if two months without an update from me is cause for a rightful refund. You also agree that after the initial sketchup refunds are no longer possible or permitted. By filling out this form you also agree that if a charge back is tried i have every right to dispute the claim and add you to a blocklist. If you are on the blocklist you will not be allowed to commission me nor own any of my designs if caught buying one of my designs while on the block list you will get the character revoked.
