Options for Helping with the Silent Auction
Note there is a separate form if you can donate an item - you can access it here https://forms.gle/p6TSgaPNoC69Mk5v6. This is a community-building auction of goods and services provided by All Souls members. We are not looking to get merchants to donate items. We are not collecting clothing or gift certificates or any other donated items.
Options for Help with Providing Food and Drinks for the Event
Check all that apply! We are planning to have a big Dessert Bar, and other snacks, as well as Wine, Beer & Champagne and Festive Non-Alcoholic Drinks. We can use help soliciting donations from local vendors, purchasing and donating food or drinks, making or bringing items. You can also join us at the church on Saturday, March 14, for a Baking Day where we will make items for the Dessert Bar. Donations will need to be confirmed by Sunday, March 15. If you are arranging donations or purchasing items, we need you to pick up and deliver them or arrange delivery. We will provide specific windows of time to receive donated items.
