Casglu Data – Mae’r Cylch Meithrin yn ymrwymo i sicrhau’r prosesu diogel a theg o unrhyw ddata a dderbyniwn ac yn cydymffurfio â gofyion y  RhDDC (GDPR)*. Defnyddir yr wybodaeth a gesglir ar y ffurflen hon i alluogi’r cylch i ddarparu’r gofal gorau posibl i’ch plentyn ac nid at unrhyw  ddiben arall. Yn unol â rheoliadau storio gwybodaeth gofal plant bydd yn cael ei gadw tan i’r plentyn droi’n 25. O bryd i’w gilydd mae’n ofynnol yn  gyfreithiol i ni rannu gwybodaeth berthnasol gyda rhai asiantaethau’r llywodraeth fel AGC (asiantaeth sy’n cofrestru, yn arolygu ac yn gweithredu i  wella ansawdd a diogelwch gwasanaethau gofal yng Nghymru), Estyn (asiantaeth sy’n archwilio ansawdd a safonau addysg yng Nghymru) a  gwasanaethau cymdeithasol (pe bai angen). Am wybodaeth bellach am weithdrefnau diogelwch data’r cylch croeso i chi ofyn i weld copi o  ddatganiad preifatrwydd y cylch. 

Data Collection – The Cylch Meithrin is committed to ensuring the security and fair processing of any data we receive and conforms with the  requirements of the GDPR*. The information collected on this form will be used to enable the cylch to provide the best care possible for your child  and for no other purpose. In accordance with childcare information storage regulations it will be kept until the child turns 25. From time to time we  are legally required to share relevant information with certain government agencies like CIW (agency who register, inspect and take action to  improve the quality and safety of care services in Wales), Estyn (agency who inspect the quality and standards of education in Wales) and social  services (if necessary). For more information about the data security procedures of the cylch you are welcome to ask for a copy of the cylch  privacy notice.
