Please complete this application to be a band camp chaperone or serve as medical staff at Camp Nissokone in Oscoda Michigan no later than June 15, 2025. All confirmation notifications will be made by the end of June. A criminal background check will need to be conducted after July 1st. You will receive the form and instructions at that time.

The cost is $100 for a full week or $50 for the first half week, and $50 for the second half week. Payment is due at the volunteer meeting (or can be paid via Zeffy) which will be held on Tuesday, August 12 @ 6:30 p.m. in the band room.
