BLOW A GLASS Sign Up Form for Scholb 10/27/23 Halloween Glass Making event
Please fill out this form for the Oct. 27th Glass making event at Scholb Brewery in Torrance and someone will reach out to you!

The event will begin at 3:00pm and end approximately 8:00pm. 
There are two activities to choose from. Feel free to choose one for both: 

1. Glass blowing lessons "Blow a Glass Pumpkin" 
2. Glass fusing craft "Make a glass Halloween panel" 

Included with Option #1 glass blowing lesson: step by step individual instruction, make one glass pumpkin (to be picked up after the event) all supplies and materials. 
Price for #1 glass blowing lesson: $150 per person
If you select #1 glass blowing, someone will reach out to you to confirm a one hour slot.

Included with Option #2 glass fusing craft: step by step group instruction, one glass Halloween panel of your own design (to be picked up after the event), a choice of colors and all supplies and materials.
Price for with #2 glass fusing craft: $45 per person
If you select #2 glass fusing, you can arrive anytime between 3pm and 7pm (event ends at 8pm). 

Please make payment via Venmo @wes0707 or Zelle wescoastmedia@gmail.com and include your name in the comments. You spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
