Studio rental requests must be made with at least one week (7 days) advanced notice.

Legal adults (ages 18 and older) may request the use of space.

Minors must have a parent or legal guardian request the rental for them, or provide a digital signature at the end of this form signifying permission for the minor to submit the request.

The price of each studio rental is based on the hours used, staff presence and facility management/upkeep.
