At no time should announcements be read or distributed in the congregation without first being submitted to Administration. Please complete this form and submit by Monday 3:00 p.m. prior to the Sunday the announcement is to be read. Personal invites, wedding announcements, graduation, thank you and special announcements will only be read one time. RSVP’s and correspondence are the sole responsibility of the wedding party. Announcements regarding a scheduled event will automatically be removed after the date of event. Administration reserves the right to edit or change and/or decline any announcement.
