Dog Adoption
Thank you for considering adoption.  Please fill out the following form completely.  Adoption is based on many factors and we will adopt to the home that most fits the need of the dog(s).

Once your application is complete, we will review it and be in contact with you as we see fit.  Puppies and dogs come with vaccinations, microchip, and spay/neuter.  The adoption fee is $400.

To be considered as a adopter you must:
Be 21 years of age or older  (if younger, please ask your parent to complete this application)
Have identification showing your present address.
Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord.
Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide medical treatment and proper care of your dog(s).

The Adopting Family (AF) acknowledges that the purpose of this application & agreement is to safeguard the heath and well-being of the dog(s) and to protect it against neglect, abuse, and cruelty, and enters into this agreement freely and with good will.  This agreement relates to the following dog(s) and is between Red Dog Ranch Animal Rescue and the AF identified below:

Adopter Agreements
The adopting Family (AF) acknowledges that the purpose of this agreement is to safeguard the health and well-being of the dog(s) and to protect against neglect, abuse, and cruelty, and enters into this agreement freely and with good will.  This agreement relates to the dog(s) applied for and is between Red Dog Ranch Animal Rescue and the AF identified at the beginning of this application

AF= Adopting Family
If adoption should occur, the AF agrees the adopted dog(s) is being transferred to the AF with the understanding that the AF is taking possession of the dog(s) to treat and be responsible for as their own *
If adoption should occur, the AF agrees that the dog(s) will receive care and attention necessary to ensure its health and well being. *
If adoption should occur, the AF agrees that the dog will have all necessary grooming done which includes daily brushing and regular grooming appointment. *
If adoption should occur, the AF agrees to provide at all times: sufficient food, water, exercise, medial care, up-to-date vaccinations, current and legible ID tags or other identification, licenses (as required by local authorities), and any other necessities consistent with responsible pet ownership. *
If adoption should occur, the AF agrees to take the dog(s) to a licensed veterinarian *
If adoption should occur, the AF agrees to register the dog(s) chip within 7 days of adoption.

If adoption should occur, the AF agrees that the dog(s) will not be abused and will never be used for commercial or scientific (medical research) purposes *
If adoption should occur, the AF shall not sell or abandon this dog(s).  Red Dog Ranch Animal Rescue should be contacted if the AF wishes to relinquish custody of the dog(s).  Red Dog Ranch Animal Rescue will make every effort to take the dog(s) back whenever possible.  Adoption Fees are non-refundable.

If adoption should occur, the AF understands that failure to comply with the conditions outlined in this agreement will result in the removal of the dog(s) from their custody. *
If adoption should occur, the AF understands that Red Dog Ranch Animal Rescue reserves the right to reclaim the dog(s) in the event of neglect, abuse, cruelty, or unpaid adoption fees.

If adoption should occur, the AF accepts the dog(s) "as is" and hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless Red Dog Ranch Animal Rescue, their representatives(s) and agents, from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses the AF, their agents, or representatives now have or may hereafter accrue as a result of the adopted dog(s) actions, behavior, health, and damages or injuries resulting there from. *
