3rd National LGBTQ+ Service Providers' Summit Survey

The survey is in five parts: basic information, information about your organization, the Canadian Centre for Gender & Sexual Diversity (CCGSD) as an organization and its programs, your thoughts on opportunities for a national network of organizations, and your general comments. If there is any question you are uncomfortable about answering or are
unsure about how to respond, feel free to skip the question – this needs to be a safe and inclusive process for everyone. If you have any feedback on the questions themselves, that can be made as general comments and feedback at the end.

    National Service Provider Network

The CCGSD’s approach is to operate at the "national level through services in the areas of education, health, and advocacy". It provides "resources and programming that can be used to uplift gender and sexual minorities, and build allyship". We, like all organizations, can only accomplish so much on our own. The main purpose of this survey is to find out what other organizations are doing, where, and to determine if there is any interest in a national network of organizations that work to address gender and sexuality issues.
