2024 Black History Month Celebration Volunteer Form

We're looking for volunteers to share to share their culture and talents during our 2024 Black History Month Celebration at the Round Lake Beach Cultural and Civic Center Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m. 

With this event, we celebrate African Americans who have made significant strides in advancing the ideals of life, liberty and justice for all through voluntary emigration, nonviolence, education, art, literature, sports, legislation and politics and more. Our theme this year is "African Americans and the Arts."

We would be honored if our community would consider participating. We are looking for RLAS-116 families and staff who would be willing to help us decorate the event space or who would like to showcase their culture at this event through artifacts/crafts, music, performances or another method.
