Jewish Museum School Group Tour Request Form
Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to the Jewish Museum! This form is to gather basic information about your group so that we can start the confirmation process with you. Please complete all required fields.

Please note that this is ONLY a request to book, not a confirmation of your booking, and all requests are subject to availability.

You will receive a confirmation of your completed booking from our Education Department within 3 – 5 business days with the subject line “Jewish Museum Booking Confirmation”. Do not send any payments before receiving this confirmation from the Museum.

Field Trip Guidelines
The Jewish Museum is located at 1109 Fifth Avenue at 92nd Street.
Museum visits are offered Sunday through Friday starting at 10 am. The Museum recommends scheduling a visit at least 4 weeks in advance. Payment must be received at least two weeks prior to the visit.

In observance of Jewish dietary laws, school groups may not eat their lunches inside the Museum. In good weather, groups may bring their lunches to Central Park which is directly across the street from the Museum.
